With the aging population in Hong Kong, the number of caregivers continues to rise. Many caregivers are also working full-time, and the demands of their caregiving responsibilities often lead to physical strain without their awareness. The heavy burden loaded on caregivers can make them susceptible to mental health issues or push them to the brink of burnout.
BEE Family Coach is a comprehensive health education program organized and planned by social enterprise RunOurCity in collaboration with the Hong Kong Family Welfare Society. The program aims to promote physical, mental and spiritual health management of families across Hong Kong, empowering each member to better cope with physical and emotional health challenges. We will engage with the community and connect with families to drive this foundational health program, ensuring that every family can have members "act as family coaches to care for their loved ones."

RunOurCity has launched the Youth.ONE long-distance coach training program to assist young people in planning their career paths in sports field. YOUTH.ONE employs a highly practical training system to teach participants, allowing them to discover their interest in long-distance running and personal potential while learning skills in running training, communication, and leadership development.
